Please help about cisco ios dhcp server

Hello friends;

We have cisco 3550 catalyst router .We use one of router in our network. We want to change network structure in our network. There are 800 computers and we are thinking about DHCP server.If there is a solution on the router , we want to solve this problem with it. We mean, we will use router's dhcp service for 800 computers. But we are thinking that ,
because our routers have 64 mb ram. Is this enough for this opinion? And
where can we keep dhcp database agent? What is dhcp agents format? How can it modify?
Finally, we have a question for the mac addressing. We want to attach mac adresses to the router. Beacause we don't want to include any person who obtains manual address in network. We want to deny manual ip addressing and deny persons to include network who has't got a mac address in router.How can it be?
