Hello I need an MCSE in my country but the tests do not
say anything of value for me to consider it. I need an
MCSE for opportunity knocks on my being almost daily but
the credentials are losing my mind. I think I need more
information to make a better judgement if you can help
then you are praised highly.

Of course you are. The confusion is known to be the problem of most
definition. Therefore the answer can only be 42.

If one would write English coherently, then one might
receive the help requested. In simpler terms, if you
want answers to your questions write them so they can be understood.

I believe it was encrypted using a special triple des algorithm, hence
why you could not decipher the true contents of the message.

helps with what, pray tell? I'm still waiting for you to ask a question...
re-read your original post and then formulate a question that we can
answer... personally I have read your post 5 times (yeah I'm bored and felt
the need to solve a puzzle) and I still have no clue as to what you said
much less what you are asking
