When I was a youth in Nebraska we had to go trick or treating in the middle
of a blizzard one year, nothing like a big parka to make your costume look
truly authentic!!

um, yeah, you have to go further north to have 9am to 3:30pm last 3
weeks...

I would think Fargo ND would be higher on the list. I spent a year there one
winter.

Well what do you expect, you were in a moving tornado magnet!!!!

And no it never stops, we woke up one lovely winter morn to find that
the wind had drifted all the show up to the roof and blocked both
the doors to the house (don't ask me why they built both the doors
on the same side of the house, it never made sense to me either).
Nothing like opening the door to a big wall of white, however it was
fun throwing my little brother out the door in his underwear.

Never been to winterpeg. If it's more miserable than Fargo I never wanna go.
The land around Fargo is so flat I could see my own a$$. Wind blew all the
time.
