restart your server on safe mode and logon as
administrator. There is a special template for the
administrator when started using safe mode.
Once there, try to solve the problem, create a new user
account and add it to the administrators group.
From now on use the new account, because im a 90% sure
thats not the only problem you gonna have. |

this answer is for a guy who had a permission error when
tried to see his network connections properties dialog
box, using his admin account
