Ok, it's been about a month, and I just finished my 2nd part of my article
about IT jobs. I'd appreciate any feedback, which I may put into a 3rd
piece, when all is said and done.
I took a bit of a different approach with this one, using a bullet-point
style. There's some repetition, but I try to point out some thoughts and
ideas for folks looking for work in the IT biz.
Again, thanks for the feedback, both from part 1 and 2 (in advance).

Good article. I especially agree with the point that it's important for an
IT professional (or any professional) to love what they do for a living.
Otherwise, they will eventually burn out or let their skillset go stale. If
someone is not the type individual who spends an evening reading a developer
magazine or "playing" with new technology, then they simply won't make it in
the IT profession.
By the way, I want to let you know that the following link is currently
broken, because of a misspelled file extention.

Excellent series!
Just a few misspelled/misused words:
Know your target. I want someone whose strength (change to strengths) work
with my needs.
Practice. I've often said the (change to that) English is the worst
spoken computer language in the IT industry.
Specialization versus generalization. . . . but isn't (change to "are
not") as sharp on a particular skill as a specialist in that skill.
