OK, I get Minutus cantorum, minutus balorum, minutus carborata descendum
pantorum. (A little song, a little dance, a little seltzer down your pants.)
but what the h3ll does "you'd do what, to who, for how many biscuits?" mean?

try looking dead pan serious at someone and say that clear out of the
blue and see what kind of reaction you get. nice big pauses at the commas
and a crescendo with each of the 3 parts please. try and attract as much
attention as you can towards the person who is "in question". then
promptly walk away...

oh, the simple pleasures....

I am however in the process of dropping the phrase as it has caused to
much confusion with the simple folk...

it means he gets starving homeless women to do dirty things to him for
pastries
