Hello.
I am having a problem configuring my pix 501, and the problem is this:
I have my pix configured internally with static ip’s and my external port is connected to the internet and my provider is by cable with DHCP, if I use the pc’s with dhcp, they connect to the internet well, if I use the static ip, they don’t communicate, I have already seen that the problem is with the DNS, because if I configure the pc’s with the DNS of my internet provider they work well, if I put has DNS the ip of the pix it wont work, the problem is that the DNS ip of my provider changes several times, and when it happens, I lose access to the internet.
If any one knows a solution to this problem, please reply, thanks a lot. |
