Its different for everyone becuase everyone comes from different backgrounds and need the holes filled in different ways..But offically I adore the .Net Development series by Addison Wesley publishers and have become displeased with O'Reliey. Every O'Reliey book I end up getting reads like a websters dictonary. Which might end up being perfect after I have been in the industry for many years but at my level of learning the Addison Wesley books are great!..better the Que
