Hi all !
im trying to configur a wccp on my router .
the configuration i made are :
ip wccp ver 2
ip wccp web-cache
ip wccp 99
int ser0
ip wccp web-cache redirect out
ip wccp 99 redirect out
what i want to know is do i need anything else configured on my router or
thats it ?
how does the router knows which web caches he communicates with ( is it
multicast and do i need to define anything )
i have my cache in my LAN and i want my clients from my LAN to be redirected
back to the cache inside my LAN .
and if im entering the command : ip wccp web-cache redirect out , under ser0
it means that any packets destined to outbound are
redirected back to the cache , right ?
this is very important to me and i would be glad if anyone could help me
with that !
