Rewrite on Mon..Questions about sim and show commands

Hi,

I am off to write again, after my last "bad" exam, 20 questions were
missing either the questions or answeres.

When doing the sim questions should you do a copy run start after the
making any changes to the configuration? I have noticed it takes several
seconds for this to happen in previous exams.

Also, on my previous exam my low score was in IOS commands, I know I am weak on
this and have worked my butt off to remember which command displays what,
but I still score low in this area when using any of the testing programs
I have. I do have a borrowed router at home and practise with it. Any
suggestions or helpful tricks to remember what each command
does and from which command prompt? Any good websites with that info.
