Newbie question,
I've come across a 1603 with a high density serial in it, namely a WIC-1T.
I'm just wondering if it's possible to connect the serial port to a PC and
bring up PPP over it.
DB60 to DB9 / DB25 / RJ45 are all options. Just wondering if this is at ALL
feasable :-)

If you do a "sho ver", it will tell you whether your WIC-1T can do async
(sync/async). If it can do async, you can get the CAB 232 cable (HD60
on one side and DB25 on the other and do what you want to do.
The one thing bad about the 1600's is the lack of AUX port. It would
done what you wanted easily.
