Position Title : Cisco ICM Developer
Location : Richmond, VA
Duration: 12 Months
No. of Positions: 1
Description:
Cisco Intelligent Call Manager (ICM) developer.
Experience on Cisco version 4.1.5 or higher required.
Experience on 4.6.2 preferred.
Maintenance of call routing scripts to include peripheral Gateway
interface to VRU and carrier.
Experience using both Route Control and Service Control interfaces
desired.
Experience interfacing with Aspect, Lucent, and Symposium switch
products desired.
Setup of call control tables (CCT) on the Aspect platform required.
Must understand implementation of structured development and inherent
tradeoffs in a fast paced environment.
