anyway...i have a question.....
i need to know the steps of HOW CAN AN ADMINISTRATOR ALLOW A NORMAL USER TO LOG ON to DOMAIN CONTROLLER LOCALLY???

go to admin tasks and look for Default Domain Controller Policy
Domain Controller Security Policy > Security Settings > Local Policies > User Rights Assignment > Allow log on Locally
after u modify it, go to command (CMD)
gpupdate |
