I passed N10-003 recently and thought this exam was easier than the A+ exams. But you should still prepare for it. I used a couple of books like exam guide by Michael Meyers and Brian Schwarz book and uCertify practise test. Most of questions were straightforward: know the OSI model, TCP/IP protocols, topology medias and the common ports. I was so depressed before but now passing exam and 70% saving on practise test would cherish me.
