Hello Everyone,

I have not been able to find the answer to my question so far. Anyone have
any tips on how to make a bootable CD that can read NTFS 5.0 partitions
without using third party software? Thanks!

Windows PE can. According to various sources, you can get the Windows
XP OPK for ~8 dollars from www.pricewatch.com. Look for MS-WINXPPRECD-
OEM or the keyword "Preinstallation" and you should find it on there.
