Which course to opt for better jobs ?

Although I am in IT field but I am at a loss moreover I have no experience.Will any one suggest any course I should follow to enhance my career.Thanks in advance for your valued suggestion.

Your college degree will get you in the door for any tech job. When I finished college (5 years ago), I found that the real learning starts when you finish schooling (college that is, not the certifications you'll need to advance at your new job). OTJT-On The Job Training is where you will learn the most.
