Online Training Options Mindleaders vrs CBT Direct

I am A+ and Network+ certified, but have little to no experience with servers. I've looked at both mindleaders and CBT Direct. CBT Direct looks good, but is a little expensive. Would you guys reccoment either of these or would you reccomend some other program? Charlie
