Can anyone explain the diff. b/w the adaptive and linear exams, and why is
everyone seeming to take the adaptive.
Also, the MCSE(A) and/or MCP exams, how much do those exams cost compared to
A+ ? |

Linear tests have a set number of questions; adaptive
tests can end after you achieve a passing score.
Several MCP tests make up the MCSA and MCSE
certifications. The MCP exams are about $125 apiece.

The Microsoft exams are over different material, and compared to A+,
they are dramatically longer and more difficult.

Ya, no kidding! Give yourself plenty of time and be
prepared to do a lot of reading.
