Schedule hard drive folder deletes?

I am trying to schedule an overnight deletion of folders from my hard drive.
We do data backups on customers over night and the next day we rebuild their
data in the whole. Well our backup software adds a new folder if one already
exists, like so //data the backup will do this //data1 //data2 etc. We would
like a fresh drive so the folder creation is always the same.

Can anyone offer any suggestions as to how to automatically delete folders
every night?
