Windows NT 4.0 cannot see a FAT32 partition, that is if we're talking 2
drives.

Without a third party utility, correct. I used to use a Winternals utility
that worked great.

The you apparently just don't understand the concept. The original thread
concerned NT 4.0. You aren't using NT 4.0

NT 4.0 can't use FAT32 (without a third party utility as mentioned
previously in thread)

FAT32 is a File system, NTFS is a file system. Neither one can "see"
anything. Operating Systems see file systems. XP, Win2k can see both FAT32
and NTFS, NT 4, again can't see FAT32.

agreed, they really didn't tackel this issue well until win2000 came
out but service pack 6 is your best bet.

I still think sport was a little confused when he/she stated that
Fat32 can see NTFS. It surely can not read NTFS files.

I was confused..

Just trying to say that my computer with Win XP has two HDD... the first "c
drive" with FAT32 and the second "D drive" NTFS. I transfer file between the
two all the time. Up until last Christmas I didn't realize that was
possible.
