Following the link to "ip nat inside source" within the Cisco Command Lookup Tool I received "Sorry, Page Not Found"
I was looking for from which release the option "range" for the static NAT on routers is available.

there is no "range" option available with ip nat inside soure command.

Have a look at the latest 12.4T IOS release command reference.
