Can't send FAX in Windows 2003 server

Hi Experts,

I have Windows 20003 server with Conexant Softk56 modem installed.
For some reasons, I can receive the fax but can't send the fax.

I got an error message " the remote fax machine is not respond in time",
every time when I try ti send.
Any ideas??

Remark: I know for sure the fax machine which I am sending to is working
fine, because I have asked 2 people to send a fax job to that fax, and it
worked fine.
