Dear all,

I am now using Microsoft 2003 Server as the server in our company. There
is a SQL server in this server. Recently, we discover that when the server
start, the "Network Connections" service cannot be started. We tried to
start it manually but it was fail. However, this service could be started
only in the "Window Safe Mode". As this service cannot be started, we
cannot change the "Network connection" in the computer and sometimes the SQL
server's connection speed is very slow. Can anyone handle this problem
before or how can we solve this problem? Thank you for all of your help.

Alex Yung
