I'm created a VPN access server on windows XP professional a few nights
ago and it worked so I thought cool so I deleted so I could run it
again and change some settings. At the time through the setup was the
only way I knew how. So I run the setup again chaning what I want to
change. Now comes the problem when ever I go to log in it says it can't
because the user name and or password isn't correct. Well I can tell
you that its the password that incorrect. When ever I setup a new VPN
server or creat a new account it puts in a password that I don't know.
I have no passwords on my computer besides the admin but that isn't
even the password. I've tried everything from hacking all my passwords
to see what they are which came up with none since I don't have any(I'm
lazy is the reason for none). So I go to change the passwords by
clicking on the user I want to change the password for typing in the
new password then confirming the password. Then I go to log in typing
the new password for the user. Again can't because of the password. So
I go to check the password its the length of the old password not the
one I set it as. So in other words when I try and change a users
password it won't let me. Anyone have any clue what the problem could
be. I am the only person on this computer so I am logged in as admin. |
