Is it possible to upgrade Win2003 Standard Edition Server to Win2003
Enterprise Edition Server (R2)?? without any problems, its not a domain
controller its a development server with 5 additional Microsoft Virtual
Servers installed in it. |

Yes, you should be able to upgrade to W2k3 Enterprise R2 without any issues.
However, as usual, please backup before upgrading.
