Hi,

I have upgradet my domain from nt4 to 2003 AD and now I add new 2003 R2

server and promote it do DC, of course I first did adprep /forestprerp

and now when I try to transfer FSMO roles to my new 2003 R2 DC and I
got error when try to transfer schema and domain naming masters, it
says that The domain naming master is not available and The schema
master is not available, other FSMO roles transfer successfully.

Is this something to do with R2 or what?

Hi

Check that
Using Ntdsutil.exe to transfer or seize FSMO roles to a domain controller
