I installed three Windows 2003 R2 DCs in my domain. However all have same
issues. They dont create automatic connection objects.. When I hit Check
Replication topology.. Database error Occured.

Strange is it is receiving updates and propagating updates.. all is fine..
Except it canno create this auomatically generated connection objects!

Hi

- Verify Dns settings, make sure that both domains can ping eachother by
FQDN.
- Make sure that each DC/DNS only points to itself under Dns properties.
- Did you run Dcdiag and Netdiag dor errors?
- Are any errors on eventviewer?

I hop that helps

Good Luck
