Is there any way I can allow user just to change their own properties in AD.
Because if i am delegating control to write properties they can change other
peoples properties as well.
Any quick and easy way will help. |

You can modify security options for each user so to assign to the "SELF"
special group the right permissions (i.e.: "Write Personal Informaton",
"Write Public Information", etc.). In this way every user will be able to
modify only his own properties.

Depends on what you want them to write but users already have considerable
control over their own objects.
If you need to delegate more permissions you want to use the SELF security
principal.
