Hello,
I have 2 scenarios regarding ADAM.
1. I installed a stand alone Adam machine.
after installation, I renamed the Machine, Changed it's domain group
and changed it's IP address.
Will it still work?
2. I have 2 Adam instances with replication.
what will happen if I rename one of the machines or change it's
domain?
what will happen if I change one of the machine IP?

the reason for those scenarios is that, we are creating an machine and
shipping it to our client.
there, the machine is renamed in order to be added our costumer's
domain.

thanks,
Yoav.

Test it and see.

You'll probably find that ADAM is fine. The only problem will be with the
default administrator account and the default permissions, as they are based
on the account specified during installation.

If you change domains, this could be an issue.

I'm ignoring the rename here, as that is covered next...

Test it and see. This is the beauty of ADAM.

I would imagine that ADAM will break with the rename. You'd need to modify
some DNs, e.g. the NTDS Settings object, within the config NC.

I don't know whether or not this is supported. Lee, Eric, Dmitri or Joe
will know...
