Hi all,

With the new generation of certs that are coming out - ie. Technology
Specialist, IT Professional, Architect, etc. How long is the MCSE 2003
going to stick around? I'm MCSA and would like to take my time through the
last three tests to make sure I know what I'm doing since I lack experience -
am I running out of time? Rumor has it around my job that it's going away
this December, yet I haven't seen any published information that supports
that information. Does anyone know?

Thanks!

MCSE 2003 certs are going to be around as long as people are implementing 2003

Technologies. You may not see it, but the MCSE NT4 cert is still around because
there are still (small) companies out there that are running NT Technologies.
You really can't tell how long a cert will be good for, but I would take a stab
at over 10 years. The exams themselves...probably another 2 to 3 years....but
don't quote me on that.
