Hi Guy's
I submitted my request last july and up to now, I havent received my
Certificate/welcome kit yet. is it normal?
1. Do I need to contact microsoft ?
2. Do I need to contact testing center where I took my exam?
3. Which is the right person to email ?
4. Do you have a email addres which person to be contact ?
