I have a client who is reporting that she cannot send/receive E-mails to
specific addresses. She has a Charter.net account and she is getting
"bounces" whenever she sends E-mail to two correspondants, one on AOL
and one on Cox.net. Likewise, they cannot send E-mails to her. She can
send/receive from other people in other domains just fine.
I have no idea how even to begin to troubleshoot a problem like this.
Has anyone here had any experience dealing with E-mails seemingly not
getting properly routed to/from recipiants in certain domains?

You would probably start by examining the 'blacklisted' status of
each mail system involved.

I might also humbly add www.dnsstuff.com to the list.

Depends on what the bounce message says. That will give a big clue as to
what the problem is.

I'd start by calling Charter.net. This looks like a problem outside of
the customer's computer.
