system information in Windows XP

Richard Guest	Posted: Wed Oct 18, 2006 2:59 am    Post subject: system information in Windows XP Unable to view system information from start-programs-accessories-system tools - system information. All I get is the help and support screen. Msinfo32.exe is also no help from the run feature. I can view the system info from command prompt and typing in msinfo32.exe. no viruses on the system..ran virus scan. Is there something that I am missing?
