Hello all:

Have a client with a new Dlink WBR-1310 Wireless G router. They have 2
computers. One is an older computer directly connected and the other is a
brand new lenovo desktop. Both machines are running XP. The new Lenovo is in
another room , perhaps 100 feet away (if that). The new computer is using a
USB adapter to connect to the router. Here's the issue.

The wireless computer is getting very low signal from the router. Have
tried both DLINK and Linksys USB adapters with the same problem. 2 Laptops
are connecting very stabaly to the network with almost full strength. Have
tried a different router with the same results. Have had both the laptops
next to this desktop and the dekstop had virtually no signal while the
laptops had full signal.

What do you think is cauing this? What solutions do you have that may help
resolve this situation. Any help you can provide is much appreciated!

Buy a Linksys along with extra large Linksys antennas. Or Buffalo
brand router has good reception.
