I am working on a new technology that will remotely diagnose and fix a
malfunctioning computer in less than one minute and provide similar results
as if it was serviced manually by a computer technician. This will not
require an client/agent, and will be offered exclusively to technicians
through a web-based subscription offering.

My goal is to offer a service that will be attractive to technicians and
will become a key part of their toolkit for supporting and repairing
computers.

I am looking for feedback to understand if this is something that would be
of value to technicians and if this is something they would pay for on a per
repair basis (assuming it works well). I would also like to understand what
automated tools and processes are currently used to fix a malfunctioning
computer.

Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.
