Any advice appreciated

My fatger died in November and I was restricted to my job for that reason. The last 12 years he was in bad health and had to be his caregiver. I guess my question is not sure where to start. I did see a cbt nuggets cd that I thought was fairly informative. Actually went through some of the processes.Anyone tell me some of the more helpful things to study? Thanks in advance
