Hello.

I'm looking for a way to install active X components automatically for our
clienbts that are not local admins on their desktops. I found this article
and I wonder if this works for 2003/xp and IE7? Or is it an easier wayto do
it?

The article: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/280579

I find this method to be overly complicated. The easiest way is put it in an
msi to distribute through Group Policy.

Forgive me for being noobish about this, but exactly how do you make a .msi
out of it? OR rather, what software do you use?
