Problem with adding Windows 2003 R2 Server as DC

Hi,

I have a Windows 2000 Server DC and I want to add a Windows 2003 Server
R2 DC so i had to run the "adprep /forestprep" and the "adprep
/domainprep" command. Both are succesfully done.

When i want to add the 2003 domain controller i get an error that the
forest is not prepared. (error.jpg)

So, i ran the command again and i get this (also for domainprep):

-Forest-wide information has already been updated.
[Status/Consequence]
Adprep did not attempt to rerun this operation.-
So i ran dcdiag from support tools on win2003 cd and i got this:
(ELITENAV is the Win2000 Server DC)

Gregory,

Make sure you are running ADPREP from disk 2 of the 2003R2 media.

There are different verisons of the tools that do different things.
