Tools to be Used in Simulating Produdction A.D.

Hello,

Do anyone know of any 3rd party tools that could help me simulate my
production A.D. directory into a lab? Because of security policies at my
company, i cannot restore production A.D. data into the lab (taking DC
offline and putting in lab, etc).

I need a tool (or tools) that will:
1. Export/Import production OUs, Users, Groups, Contacts,etc from Production
to Lab
2. Export/Import Active Directory permissions, delegations, etc from
Production to Lab

3. Export/Import Group Policies Production from Production to Lab

Thanks in advance. Also, I know it's possible to script some of this but, as
usual, I don't have a great deal of time and would rather purchase 3rd party
tools to get the job done ASAP.
