Hi!

We would like to know if it will have any impact upgrading a domain
functional level to Server 2003, when this domain is a parent domain of two
child domain still running Windows 2000 Server domain controllers?

That's look like:

parent.com <-- we want to raise this one
child1.parent.com <-- still running Windows 2000 Server DCs
child2.parent.com <-- still running Windows 2000 Server DCs

Anything to worry about?

Thanks.
