|
|
Hi all, apologies if this is the wrong group.
I have a cisco.com account, and access as a 'service contract owner'.
I now have been given a PICA number etc, but cannot find where to add it
to my profile under additional access. Do I have to set-up a new
cisco.com account for this?
I have tried all the menus and cannot find any help on this, beyond what
the site has told me.
Does anyone have any wise words?
Regards

Yes PICA is separate to cisco.com (formerly CCO) and service contract
(Smartnet) accounts.
Yet another username and password to remember I'm afraid. Though now you
have a PICA that's probably the one you'll use online most for software
downloads, the service contract/Smartnet account will most likely only be
used for hardware help.
