Hello,

Our company has Cisco 3030 VPN Concentrator's which have been in place
for about 2 years now. The issue we are running into is if any user
is NOT behind a NAT device they will be able to connect but will not
be able to receive any traffic through the Concentrator. This only
happens if they connect via the Ethernet 2 (External) interface. They
can make a successful connection and pass data through when connecting
via the Concentrator's Public interface (Internet). We have a TAC
case opened with Cisco but they haven't come back with anything yet.
Anyone out there having this type of issue or have any advice on what
to verify/check on the Concentrator as well as the client's config.

Thanks,

Brian
