Yes, however You may want to take care about installing DS client
software on Windows NT workstations and some settings on Windows 2003 DC
( like SMB signing requirement) may cause some problems.

Sam,

Certanly follow the other suggestions that were made. You will also want to
make sure that you are running WINS and set the NT server to neve try to take
the master browser role.
