I am trying to connect from one server to another. When I type in the
\\<servername> and hit enter, the server thinks about it for a while that
then says:

"<servername> is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this
network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if
you have access permissions.

The network name cannot be found"

This only happens with one particular local user. All other users can get
challenged for authentication or it passes through if they are on the domain.
I can ping, nslookup, etc the remote server but cannot connect to it using
the method described above.

Also, neither servers event logs show anything with the failed attempt.
