Is there a way to change the AD Schema to add a date field to the computer
so when a computer is added to the domain the date will register. Even if I
have to manually add the date thats fine. I just would like to use AD as my
inventory so I can see when a PC was purchased. |

adding an attribute to the schema isnt going to add a field in ADUC.
when the computer is joined to the domain it IS time stamped. look on the
"object" tab
