|
|
Hi All
Authority who supplied us with a Win2k3 R2 Standard Server, don't appear to
have installed IIS as there is no inetpub folder in the C drive or IIS admin
in the Admin Tools section.
Would like to create an intranet based web app using IIS and say MSDE or
MySQL, but don't know if there any implications in activating IIS on the
server - does anybody have any experience or know of any probs in doing
this?

Hello,
you may just need to have the W2003 install CD if windows ask for it (it
will unless you have a local source folder)
