Paging file size for a 16gb memory server.

It's paging for is on the C drive and set to 2-4gb and the C drive is 30gb in size. Should the paging file be bigger and on a bigger partition: c: 30gb g: 35gb h: 219gb i: 135gb j: 125gb Thanks
