While troubleshooting a master browser issue I came accross a KB article that
seemed to state the PDC Emulator should have the following registry key set
to 'True'. On my Windows 2003 PDC Enulator it is set to False. Does anyone
have any more info on this?

HKLM\SYSTEM\CURRENTCONTROLSET\SERVICES\BROWSER\PARAMETERS\IsDomainMaster

Should it be set to True or False on the PDC Emulator? I had moved the PDC
Emulator role a while ago so perhaps the registry update never took place
like it should have or is that a manual change that you have to make should
you move the PDC Enulator role?
