Hi,

What is the expected behaviour when a switch X is connect to a peer P
where AUTO NEG is disabled:

1) plugging out the tx cable on X --> should the port in X go down ?
2) plugging out the rx cable on X --> should the port in X go down ?

How is this link code exchange happen between a switch X and peer P ?
