Hi guys,

i'm from Portugal and i've completed my microsoft certifications (mcp, mcsa, mcse, mcdba) but i want other certifications, and i thought in the A+ certification, because i've also a large experience in HW.

Nonetheless i have to ask, 1. how many exams r necessary to complete the A+ certification and 2. do u get a welcome kit, pin and card with ID, similar to the microsoft certifications?

Other question, in microsoft website there's this info that certain specified CompTIA certifications can serve as alternatives to passing elective exams or specialization exams for select MCP certifications. My question is: Do CompTIA certifications appear on microsoft transcript?

Hi,

I've recently my A+ certification exam and passed. For A+ certification u have to pass 2 papers one for hardware technologies and another for microsoft o/s exams. I used Microsoft All-in one exam guide by Micheal Mayers and uCertify exam simulation PrepKit.
